How to set up your subscription
1. Select contacts and add to cart
Select your contacts. Enter your contact lens prescription, choose a quantity, and add to cart. Subtotal must be $99+ to qualify for the subscription discount.
2. Subscribe and save 10%
Upon adding contact lenses to cart, select Subscribe & Save option at checkout to subscribe to autoRefill.
3. Shipment frequency
Choose your order frequency. You can change or update these details online at any time in your account.
10% discount will be automatically applied at checkout to subscriptions $99+. Your contacts will arrive at your front door exactly when you need them.

Will I get 10% off on top of the promotional price?
On-site promotions are not included in the autoRefill discount. The 10% discount refers to prices as marked.
Is there a minimum subscription amount?
Yes – the discount applies to contact lens refills that are $99 or more. Once you’ve subscribed to automatically receive refills for your order that has a subtotal of $99 or more, you'll get 10% off and free shipping on every refill.
Can I pause or cancel my contact lens subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel, pause, or edit your subscription online at any time in your account under Easy Refill. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘cancel’.
Will I get charged if I cancel my contact lens subscription?
You will not be charged a fee for canceling your subscription.
My prescription changed, how can I update it?
You can change your existing prescription online. First, delete the existing one in your account: log in and select ‘Subscription’ then click ‘Cancel’. Next, select your contact lenses, enter your new prescription, and proceed through the checkout. Your new prescription will be saved to your account.
How do I change my refill frequency?
You can edit your refill frequency online in your account under Easy Refill. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘Edit’.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can view and update the delivery address for your purchases in your account. Log in and select 'Subscription' and then click 'Edit'.
How do payments work?
Your credit card will be charged with each shipment. Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of term, but you can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting 'Subscription'.
How can I change my payment method?
You can edit your payment method online in your account. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘Edit’.
What is your return policy?
Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Boxes must be sealed, unopened, and unmarked. RGP (rigid gas permeable) lenses are custom made for each individual order. As such, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Contact lens cases are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
