By opting in to subscribe & save, you are authorising Clearly, trading as https://www.clearly.ca, to place repeat orders on your behalf, at the frequency and quantity selected by you. Clearly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscribe & save orders at any time, without notice, if it believes you are violating the terms in any way.

For any of the above actions, just visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team.
Your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged until you cancel the subscription.
The price of your repeat order, which can be every month, three month or six months, will be automatically charged to the payment method used to create your subscription, or as otherwise directed by you.
We will only take payment at the time of processing your order. If we are unable to process your payment, we will inform you via email and retry the transaction again at a later time. If those attempts fail, we may temporarily suspend the service.
If your payment method has expired, we will send you an email to inform you. You may update your payment method in your My Account.
Your subscribe & save discount applies to your initial order, and all subsequent orders placed through the service.
The subscribe & save discount is 20% off retail listed price and will be applicable to service at the time of subscription, as detailed in your initial order confirmation. Subscribe & save always includes free shipping.
Clearly reserves the right to change the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. We will always inform you ahead of time if any terms will be subject to change. All changes, including for existing subscriptions, will apply to future orders.
You can easily reactivate your subscription after pausing it if you would like to go back to receiving automatically discounted monthly, three-monthly or six-monthly repeat orders for your contact lenses and accessories.
All automatic orders will be created according to your chosen delivery schedule.
Once the order has been created, we will ship your order free of charge and as quickly as possible!
When your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online, so you never lose sight of your contacts.
Yes, you can. You can start your return directly in your account with our effortless self-service returns. All you have to do is go to your order history, select the item you’d like to return and create a return label.
