The “Up to 40% off frames” discount applies to frame prices as marked and can be combined with 40% off all lenses. Standard lenses are free. Free standard lenses support single-vision prescriptions from +2.50 to −2.50 and exclude rimless and semi-rimless frames. All sunglasses include free non-prescription standard lenses. Contact lenses and accessories are not included in this promotion.

Customers are eligible to receive a complimentary gift only when a complete pair from the “Up to 40% off” promotion is added to the cart.

Eligible customers may select one gift per order at checkout via a carousel, while supplies last.

The gifted frame is free only when paired with standard non-prescription lenses (non-RX). If prescription or upgraded lenses are selected, the lenses will be charged as an additional cost.

Gift items are part of a limited-edition Clearly capsule collection, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted.

1. The Clearly Subscription plan is available for all contact lenses sold online at clearly.ca

2. The subscription provides you with a 20% discount off the current Clearly online retail price of the contact lenses applicable at the time of each shipment. Please note that the prices of contact lenses fluctuate based on vendor pricing and market conditions, and Clearly will do our vey best to offer you the most competitive prices we can.

3. If the website's offer is higher than the subscription offer at the time of placing or renewing the subscription, customers will receive the higher discount.

4. Subscription orders always include free shipping.

5. The only accepted payment method is by credit card.

6. You must have a current valid contact lens prescription

7. Your subscription is ongoing until you cancel.

8. You will be provided with your contact lenses at the frequency at which you order, e.g. if you have ordered 3 months of contact lenses, we will send you a refill order of contact lenses every 3 months and charge your credit card every 3 months. You can reschedule your order in Your Account.

9. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however you may be charged for your next subscription order if you do not cancel before the subscription order date.

11. The Clearly Subscription plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or benefit from any source.

1. The talent encounters our campaign on Clearly Social Channels and clicks on the "Apply" CTA.

2. Talents are directed to the Clearly Creators Landing Page (https://www.clearly.ca/en-ca/c/clearly-creators). On the landing page, the talent finds the "Apply Now" CTA https://clearlycreators.grin.live/ .

3. By clicking "Apply Now," the talent begins the application process by entering their email address and agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms by checking the box.

4. The form then prompts the talent to provide their first and last name, and email address. After completing these mandatory fields, they can click the "Save and Continue" CTA. At this point, they are given the option to connect their Instagram and TikTok profiles. Once they accept the Privacy Policy and Terms again, they can click the "Submit Application" CTA.

5. Upon submitting the application, the talent sees a confirmation message: *Thanks for applying! If your profile stands out, we’ll be in touch shortly.*

6. Once the talent is selected, they will be contacted via the email provided, and we will share the contract outlining all the details of the collaboration.

7. After signing the contract, the talent is required to create 3 content pieces: two static assets and one video assets per month. To create these assets, the talent will receive a discount code to purchase up to two products, free of charge, needed for the briefed content. The code will be valid for a specific collection (Clearly brands). The talent will receive a new discount code each month. Additionally, as a reward, the talent will receive an extra discount code once a month, allowing them to purchase up to five products on Clearly.ca with a 90% discount.

8. The talent will receive a detailed monthly brief with content guidelines and will have up to one week to submit the final version of their content. The brief will provide a clear explanation of the key topics to communicate, the products to feature, and the expected timeline.

9. Before publishing, the content must undergo our review process, during which edits may be requested to ensure it meets all requirements.

10. The content will be published exclusively on Clearly's social media pages, and it can be used across all digital Clearly channels. It will be posted by the talent themselves, and shared on Clearly’s Social Media accounts as a collaboration post.
