We accept all standard eyeglass prescriptions as long as the column labels are in English. Please note that prism values aren’t detected by the scan, so they must be entered manually if applicable.
Once the prescription scan is complete, you will have the chance to verify that everything matches your prescription and manually correct the details. We’ll also flag any potential inconsistencies and ask you to review them.
