BlueReflect™ Lenses offer a protective shield that reduces glare and filters the Harmful Blue Light from digital screens and artificial lights.Shop Glasses
Most of us are now continuously connected to our digital technologies. This can cause headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision and eyestrain. The high-energy visible (HEV) artificial blue light emitted by digital device and fluorescent lighting is known to be a contributing factor to damaged retinal cells. Artificial light can also decrease contrast that can lead to eyestrain.
Nearly 70% of American adults experience some form of digital eye strain due to prolonged use of electronic devices

The majority of blue light is emitted from the sun, but the introduction of digital devices into our everyday lives has increased our exposure overall. BlueReflect™ Lenses use a special coating to reflect the Harmful Blue Light emitted by digital devices and artificial light. This coating also incorporates scratch resistant and anti-glare benefits, giving you clearer vision while using digital devices.
A blue sheen and a minimal yellow hue on the lens are the proof of the lenses actively filtering the Harmful Blue Light while letting the benefical blue light pass through.
Although these specialized lenses are similar to clear lenses, and can be worn indoors and outside, they have an additional benefit for activities related to digital screen usage.
BlueReflect™ Lenses are available for adults and children, whether you need a prescription or not, on your perfect pair of glasses. It is not only adults who are affected. The Vision Council reports that 1 in 4 kids spend more than three hours a day using digital devices. In addition to ensuring children are getting regular eye examinations and taking breaks from digital technologies, BlueReflect™ Lenses offer additional protection to young eyes while devices are in use.
Lens type and coatings are completely customizable to your prescription and usage needs. Once you’ve found your perfect glasses frames, follow our step-by-step ordering process to find your optimal lenses.
Select Ultra Thin Air Single Vision or Progressive Lenses that are up to 45% thinner and lighter than standard lenses.
Select an Anti-Reflective coating that will reduce eyestrain, or for extended use of digital devices consider BlueReflect™ Digital Protection lenses.
The first thing to do is take regular breaks from the screen by following the 20/20/20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. You can also select our BlueReflect™ Lens that has anti-reflective coating, and a specific filter, which decrease the level of high-energy visible (HEV) artificial blue light to give you added comfort and protection.
A Scratch Resistant Coating will guard your corrective lenses against scratching, and will extend the life of your lenses by making them more durable.
Add an Anti-Reflective coating that will reduce eye strain by eliminating ambient glare from car headlights and provide greater visual acuity.
Easily transform Single Vision or Progressive glasses frames into prescription sunglasses. All of our sunglasses lenses include 100% UVA/UVB protection, Anti-Reflective, and Scratch Resistant coatings.
Transitions ® Lenses quickly adapt between indoor and outdoor settings, while still protecting your eyes from damaging UV light. Please note that as car windshields have UV protection, Transitions® lenses will not adapt in a vehicle.
Select our polycarbonate Durable Air Lenses that are 12 times more impact-resistant, and up to 22% thinner, than standard plastic lenses. We also suggest Scratch Resistant, UV Protective and Anti-Reflective coatings. While these lenses and coatings increase durability, please note that no lenses are completely shatterproof.
Select our Single Vision Durable Air Lenses and a Scratch Resistant Coating for additional durability. These polycarbonate lenses are lightweight, impact resistant, and up to 22% thinner than standard lenses. While no lenses are completely shatterproof, sport safety glasses may be a better solution if you participate in high-impact sports.
Upgrade your lenses to Progressive Lenses to ensure you have clear vision while reading a book (near vision), using a computer (intermediate vision) and driving (distance vision). We also have sunglasses and Transitions ® lenses for Progressive prescriptions.
